Where's my order? - International

Once your order has been sent, tracking information will be emailed to you. Your tracking information will show a DHL shipment ID tracking number. 

You can use the shipment ID tracking number shown on your email to track your parcel via DHL here https://ecommerceportal.dhl.com/track/

Your DHL tracking information will show an additional tracking number  on the right hand side under the shipment ID.

You can then use this tracking number to track your parcel with your national postal service, Royal Mail, USPS, Canada Post ect.
